猪场废弃垫料栽培秀珍菇的主要物质转化规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了添加猪场废弃垫料栽培秀珍菇(Pleurotus geesteranus)的碳、氮、木质素、纤维素和半纤维素转化规律。结果表明,A3处理(添加40%猪场废弃垫料)的碳转化率最高,为10.05%,A2处理(添加20%猪场废弃垫料)的氮转化率最高,为31.29%;A1处理(对照)的木质素转化率最高、A3处理的纤维素转化率最高和A4处理(添加60%猪场废弃垫料)的半纤维素转化率最高,分别为78.72%、41.86%和21.64%。回归分析表明,碳、氮、纤维素和半纤维素转化率与垫料添加量呈明显的抛物线关系,木质素转化率与垫料添加量呈极显著的线性相关关系。 The transformation of carbon, nitrogen, lignocelluloses of Pleurotus geesteranus cultivated by a series of growth sub- strates with pig waste bedding were studied. The results showed that treatment A3 (adding 40% pig waste bedding) had the highest conversion rate of carbon (10.05%). Treatment A2 (20% pig waste bedding addition) had the highest conversion rate of nitrogen (31.29%). Treatment A1, A3 and A4 (adding 60% pig waste bedding) had the highest conversion rate of lignin, fiber and hemicelluloses (78.72%, 41.86% and 21.64% respectively). Regression analysis showed that the conversion of carbon, ni- trogen, cellulose and hemicellulose had a significant parabola relationship with the addition of pig waste bedding, and the con- version of lignin had a very significant linear correlation with the addition of pig waste bedding.
