摘要病例介绍患者,女,27岁。因＂小便障碍、上下肢乏力1个月,加重1周＂于2015年4月入住神经内科。患者入院时孕4＋个月。体格检查：体温36℃,心率88次/min,呼吸20次/min,血压99/64 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa）;意识清楚,腱反射对称减弱,双下肢肌力1级,肌张力降低,胸4平面以下痛觉消失,双侧病理征阳性。
