摘要
采用LD侧泵的Nd:YAG声光调Q直腔式激光器,对其进行声光调Q实验,获得了稳定的激光输出。实验表明,泵浦电流达到阈值电流后,输出的平均功率随泵浦电流的增加呈线性增加,达到最大输出功率,此后,电流增加,功率急速下降;调Q时,在右间距为5mm处有最小漏光功率,若左右偏移,偏移量越小,漏出光功率越小,反之,则越大;调Q后,随着调制频率增加,输出功率随之增加,但最大输出功率值下降。
A stable laser output is obtained by acousto-optic( A-O) Q-switched LD pumped Nd: YAG laser,which is formed with a simple two-mirror line cavity. It is shown that the output power at first increases linearly,then it reaches the maximum output power and finally decreases rapidly with the pump current increasing when the output current reaches the threshold current. The leakage power has a minimum at the distance of 5 mm on right side when the in the Q switching. If turn Q-switcher,the leakage is smaller with smaller offset,conversely the leakage is greater. The output power increases with the increase of modulation frequency. Also in the Q-switched operation,while the maximum output power decreases.
