摘要 通过对目前常用的传统视频测速的基本原理的分析,提出了一种基于地面参考系的视频图像测速方法。分析了摄像机的标定误差和车速检测误差,并提出了减小误差的解决方案。以地面网格为固定参考系对摄像机进行标定,提高了摄像机标定精度,减少了速度检测误差。利用再标定的摄像机去抖动方法,有效的消除了摄像机抖动带来的测量误差。实验结果表明,以地面网格为固定参考系的摄像机标定误差为1%,系统测速误差为1%。基于地面参考系的视频测速方法,过程简单,计算量小且测速精度高,很好地满足了车辆视频图像测速系统的要求。 The principle of the video-based vehicle speed measurement is analyzed,and a method of vehicle speed detection based on fixed reference frame is put forward. The error analyses of camera calibration and vehicle speed measurement are obtained,and the solution to reduce the error is put forward in this paper. The ground grid is used as the fixed reference frame to calibrate the camera,which improves the accuracy of the camera calibration and reduces the speed detection error. A distance measurement method is used to eliminate the measurement error caused by camera shake. Experimental results show that the camera calibration error and the measurement error of the system are 1%. The vehicle speed measurement method based on the fixed reference system not only has simple process but also has small amount of calculation and high precision. It can meet the requirements in the vehicle speed measurement system by video.
