摘要 当前用于医学诊断和治疗的成像技术,如超声、核磁共振等,从本质上说是一种二维断层图像,无法精确地给出某些关键病变组织的三维影像。提出基于激光诊断的医学数据可视化技术研究,设计了一种适用于激光诊断的三维重建模型,基于双线性插值算法对检测部位进行三维图像的体绘制;并采用纹理映射和基于方向滤波核的足迹算法,加速体绘制速度并提高显示图像的质量。临床数据表明,提出的可视化技术研究运算速度快、绘制的三维影像轮廓清晰、并可以将误差控制在几个灰度级之内。 Currently imaging techniques used in medical diagnosis and treatment such as ultrasonic,nuclear magnetic resonance( NMR) and more,are two-dimensional CT imaging technologies essentially,which cannot give 3 D imaging of key lesion accurately. Therefore,this paper proposes a kind of 3 D reconstruction model of laser diagnosis based on the visualization of laser diagnostic medical data. First of all,make 3 D volume rendering of testing part based on double linear interpolation algorithm. Then accelerate and improve the image quality by using texture reflecting and footprint algorithm based on direction filtering. Clinical data shows that the proposed visualization technology has fast speed,can draw clear 3 D outline and the error can be controlled within a few gray levels.
