摘要
使用表面分析仪器对铅酸蓄电池负极Pb周围的Pb和S元素的分布进行测试,用以描述Pb SO4在负极的结晶堆积。在不同的老化(Aged)试验阶段,确认Pb SO4的堆积分布情况,就可以评估电池的有效寿命。通过对某一试验阶段的铅酸蓄电池负极材料的测试,展示了电子探针显微分析仪(EPMA)在此类微区分布测试的特性,同时也对比了能谱仪(EDS)和波谱仪(WDS)的性能差异,以及扫描电镜(SEM)+波谱仪和电子探针显微分析仪的特点,指出在微区分析中分辨率和灵敏度两个方面,特别是低含量元素的解析方面,电子探针显微分析仪均有突出的优势。
The distribution of Pb and S elements around the negative electrode Pb of the lead-acid battery was tested by the surface analysis instrument to describe the crystallization of PbSO4 in the negative electrode. In the different aging (Aged) experimental stages, the effective life of the battery was evaluated through the accumulation distribution of PbSO4. Characteristics of EPMA in the micro-area distribution test were shown through the test of the lead-acid storage battery anode material. The performance difference between EDS and WDS, and the characteristic difference between SEM + WDS and EPMA were compared. The results showed that EPMA had prominent advantages in resolution and sensitivity of the microprobe analysis, especially in the analysis of the low content elements.
