摘要
某酸轧机组在生产高硅双相钢时,轧制后表面有严重的条纹,导致冷硬卷降级。为确认条纹的来源和构成,利用表检仪、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪进行了分析,结果表明,酸洗后带钢表面的条纹和热轧卷表面的红锈具有相似的成分构造和形貌,条纹处严重的氧化层在酸洗过程中无法彻底消除。
In the production of high Si dual phase steel, there were some stripes on the surface, which caused the steel coil downgrade. In order to confirm the source and constitution of the stripe, it was analyzed by the scanning electron microscopy and X ray apparatus. The results showed that the stripe on the surface of steel coil after pickling was similar to the red rust on the surface of the hot rolled coil in composition and morphology. The oxide layer of the stripe cannot be eliminated thoroughly during the pickling process.
