摘要
微生物学是生命科学的一门重要专业基础课程,具有涉及范围广、实践性强的特点。教学中结合课程特点,从理论教学、实验教学和创新课题研究等进行了改革和探索,以切实培养大学生的学习能力、实践能力和创新能力。在理论教学中,创新教学手段和方法,注重对学生进行创新思维的培养;在实验教学中,探索开放实验教学模式,注重实验过程的细节监控,全方位评价,切实提高学生的实践动手能力;在创新课题研究上,通过学校、学院和院内的应用与环境微生物实验室等多渠道的创新课题项目,对学生进行较为系统的科研创新训练。
The level of the innovative talents is the important index of the teaching quality evaluation in modern tertiary education. As one of the specialty basic courses in the life sciences, Microbiology possesses wide range and highly practical characteristics. Combined with the characteristics of Microbiology course, we focused on the construction of theory teaching, experiment teaching and innovative research projects during the teaching practice, aiming to cultivate and improve undergraduate students the ability in learning, practice and innovation. In the theory teaching, we concentrated on innovative teaching methods to trigger students to conduct innovative thinking. In the experiment teaching, we focused on the exploration of open-mode experiment teaching, paying attention to monitor the details control of students' experiment manipulation and evaluate their abilities comprehensively so as to effectively provide the experimental technology platform for the improvement of students' hands-on ability. In innovative projects research, we relied on multiple scientific projects obtained from Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, College of Life Sciences and/ or Institution for Applied and Environmental Microbiology which is affiliated to the College of Life Sciences to conduct the systematic training for students in the scientific research and innovation practice.
