基于“实战驱动、校企协同”的电气专业工程实践教学改革

Electrical Professional Engineering Education Reform Based on the Practicing Driven and Enterprise Cooperation

重庆理工大学电气工程及其自动化系针对学生工程实践能力培养这个难题,从电气信息类本科教育教学的内在规律和要求出发,创新性地构建了基于"实战驱动、校企协同"的电气专业"2+1+1"工程能力培养体系。首先参照工程教育专业认证标准和卓越计划通用标准,解析了工程能力内涵;其次详述了工程实践教学改革的具体内容:包括以实战驱动为核心的工程化实践教学体系构建,以循序渐进为特征的递进式工程实训平台整合,以校企协同为导向的紧密型校企合作机制研究等。经过多年的工程教育改革积淀,不仅使我们培养的学生具有强烈的工程意识、良好的工程素质和扎实的工程实践能力,也使得师资队伍工程化素质不断增强,取得了丰硕的教研成果,实现产学双赢。

College of electrical engineering and its automation in Chongqing University of science and technology has made a lot of efforts on the problem of students＇ engineering practice ability training. Based on the inherent law and principle of teaching in undergraduate education of electrical information, an innovative electrical professional ＂2 ＋1 ＋ I＂ engineering ability training system is established, which is also fullfilling the requirement of ＂ practicing driven, cooperation of university and enterprise＂. Firstly, this paper analyzes the connotation of engineering capability by referring to the standard of education professional certification standard and excellent project. Secondly, it describes the specific content of engineering education reform. The core content of the reform is about the practical engineering practice teaching system construction. Also, it includes progressive engineering training platform integration, as well as close university-enterprise cooperation mechanism research oriented by synergy between colleges, etc. After many years of practices on engineering education reform, these approaches are not only cultivating the students with a strong sense of engineering, good engineering quality and strong engineering practice ability, also enhancing the teachers engineering quality. Besides, fruitful research results are achieved and a win-win between production and education is established.
