基于科研需求的学科馆员服务模式探析

On the Service Mode of Subject Librarian Based on Research Demand

现代信息环境的变化倒逼作为科研辅助机构的图书信息部门服务模式的调整,学科馆员制度的建立成为一种趋势。本文针对目前已经发生的学科馆员服务模式存在的不足,基于面向科研需求的学科馆员的需求特点,对学科馆员的服务模式进行了探讨。同时,对学科馆员服务模式的发展进行了前瞻性的思考。

The change of modem information environment forces the book and information department ser- ving as auxiliary body of research to adjust the service mode, so it is a trend to establish the system of subject librarian. According to the existing shortcomings in the service mode of subject librarian and on the basis of the demand feature of subject librarian facing the research need, this paper discusses the service mode. At the same time, it conducts a prospective thinking on its development.
