摘要
目的:探索了雷公藤中活性成分雷公藤红素的分离纯化工艺。方法:将经过粉碎处理雷公藤植物根皮,以氯仿为提取剂,超声提取2 h,所得浸膏经过石油醚脱脂,再用醇提水沉法,得到雷公藤红素粗品。粗品先经过硅胶柱分离,再用重结晶方法进行纯化。结果:并考察了不同的溶剂体系重结晶的分离效果。采用石油醚/乙酸乙酯比例为9.2︰0.8重结晶溶剂的效果最佳,所得产物的纯度达到98.2%。结论:本文的雷公藤红素分离纯化方法,工艺简单,产品的质量和纯度较好,具有一定的参考应用价值。
Objective: Exploring the isolation and purification technologies of active components celastrol from Tripterygium wi/lbrdii. Methods: The extraction was followed degreasing with petroleum ether and alcohol extracting-water precipitating process after crushing the roots of Triptervgium wilfordii were extracted under ultrasonic condition for 2 h using CHCl3 as extractant. The pure celastrol was obtained employing silica gel column and recrystallizing process. Results: The effect of different solvent systems was investigated in the paper. While using the ratio of petroleum ether / ethyl acetate to 9.2 : 0.8 as recrystallization solvent was the best, and the purity of the product was over 98.2 %. Conclusion: The isolation and purification technologies were simple and easy to treat, gave product with good quality and purity and showed certain reference value.
