工程船舶燃料油提质、减排的研究

摘要 工程船舶燃料油由于品质低、排放污染物严重,而被引起广泛的关注。文章通过对调和船舶燃料油的基础原料油的组分、配比进行优化,并且采用三级过滤工序的深度净化工艺,以及应用复配过滤剂,复配NaOH、磺化钛青钴等脱硫剂,获得高标准、低污染物排放的船舶燃料油。 Engineering ship fuel oil has attracted wide attention due to its low quality and serious pollutant discharge. The engineering ship fuel oil of high standard, low pollutant emissions was obtained through optimizing the composition and the ratio of the base row material oil for engineering ship fuel oil, and adopting the deep purification process of the three-stage filtration process, and the application of the compound filter, compound NaOH, sulfonated titanium cyanide and other desulfurization agent.
