海洋来源Phomopsis sp.属真菌天然产物研究进展

Review on Secondary Metabolites from Marine-Derived Phomopsis Fungi

近几十年来海洋来源真菌因能够产生结构新颖、活性独特的次级代谢产物,已成为海洋天然产物的重要来源。本文综述了近几十年来海洋来源的拟茎点霉属Phomopsis sp.属真菌的39个新天然产物的来源、结构及生物活性。已报道结构中50%以上具有细胞毒、抗菌等生物活性,为海洋药物的研发提供了潜在的先导化合物。

Marine-derived fungi have become an important source of maine natural products in recent years for a potent use in the discovery of structurally novel and pharmacologically active natural products. This paper reviewed the sources, chemical structures and bioactivites of all the 40 important natural products of marine-dervied Phomopsis sp. origins of the 39 important natural products, more than 50 % of them displayed bioactivities such as cytotoxicity, antibacterial activity, which may be identified as potential lead compounds for marine drug development.
