摘要
环氧树脂(EP)是一种典型的通用热固性树脂,具有很多优异的性能。但由于其固化交联密度较大,环氧树脂基本上不能单独使用,只有与固化剂反应生成三维网状结构的不溶不熔聚合物才有使用价值。聚酰胺齐聚物固化剂可以固化环氧树脂,但聚酰胺在高温下的固化速率过快,因此可以对聚酰胺进行改性,达到在高温下降低其固化环氧树脂速率的目的。本文对环氧树脂、聚酰胺固化剂以及环氧树脂的固化进行了综述。
Epoxy resin (EP) is a typical universal thermosetting resin, it has many excellent performances. But because of its high curing crosslinking density, epoxy resin should not be used alone; only insoluble, non fused polymers that react with the curing agent to produce three-dimensional network structures are of use value. The potyamide oligomer curing agent can cure the epoxy resin, but the curing rate of polyamide is too fast at high temperature, therefore, the polyamide can be modified, the purpose of reducing the rate of curing epoxy resin at high temperature is achieved. In this paper, the curing of epoxy resin, polyamide curing agent and epoxy resin is reviewed.
