石油化工储罐使用范围广,涉及种类多,存储数量大,一旦发生事故,将会造成严重的生命财产损失。本人从设计、使用和报废全过程及"人机环法料"角度探讨分析了石油化工储罐的安全管控措施,以消除隐患,减少风险。

Petrochemical storage tanks are widely used in modem chemical industrial production, involving many types and storage quantity. In the event of an accident, they will cause serious loss of life and property. In consideration of the entire life cycle from design to use and scrapping of petrochemical storage tanks, and in the view of person-machine-environment-regulation- material, the author analyzed the safety control measures of petrochemical storage tank in order to eliminate the hidden danger and reduce the risk.
