摘要
针对某水厂(承建于1999年,规模为15000 m^3/d)净水处理系统存在设备超负荷运行、排泥不畅等问题,对沉淀单元和过滤单元等工艺进行了全面升级改造,并增设了网格混凝絮凝反应系统、气水分离装置及自动排泥系统等。改造后水厂的出水浊度达到0.5 NTU以下。
In order to solve problems of the water plant （built in 1999, the scale of 15000 m^3/d） such as the equipment overload operation, silt deposition. The sedimentation and fltration units of the water plant were upgraded, and the coagulation with grids, the moisture separators and the automatic mud removing system were added. After reconstruction, the turbidity of filtrated water is equal to or less than 0.5 NTU.
