Chemoinformatics is an important basic application course, which integrates the latest technology in modem chemistry, computer, mathematics andother fields. Aiming at the problem of the comprehensive design experiment course forcolleges and universities, especially in chemistry major, the paper discusses how to apply chemoinformatics to the comprehensive design experiment to strengthen the recognition degree for the course, cultivate quality for scientific research and build up group spirit of the students.
