十月革命后,列宁紧密结合俄国的社会主义实践提出了一系列有关共享发展的理论。将"全体劳动者"视为共享发展的享受主体,通过"利用资本主义"的创新途径实现俄国人民在经济、政治、文化等领域的全面共享,这些构成了列宁共享发展思想的理论精髓。党的十八届五中全会提出共享发展的新发展理念,凸显了共享发展研究的重要价值。列宁的共享发展思想作为共享发展理念的理论来源之一,对于贯彻新发展理念,实现全面建成小康社会以及"两个一百年"的伟大目标和梦想具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。

After the October Revolution, Lenin put forward a series of theories on shared development in close con- nection with the socialist practice in Russia. Lenin regarded the ＂whole group of laborers＂ as the subject of shared develop- ment, and achieved the full sharing of the Russian people in the economic, political and cultural fields through the innova- tive approach of ＂applying capitalist elements. ＂ These factors have constituted the theoretical essence of Lenin＇s shared de- velopment thought. The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed the new development concept of shared development, and highlighted the important value of shared development research. As one of the theoretical sources of the concept of shared development, Lenin＇s idea of shared development has important theoretical and practical signifi- cance for implementing the new development concept, realizing the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, and achieving the great goals of ＂Two Hundred Years＂.
