摘要
目的分析剖宫产术后再次妊娠的分娩方式。方法分析剖宫产术后再次妊娠产妇的分娩方式、分娩结局及并发症。结果阴道试产成功率为69.9%;手术产率为71.2%。结论对符合试产条件的剖宫产术后再妊娠分娩者,在严密监护下阴道试产具有较高的成功率。
Objective To analyze the delivery mode of secondary pregnancy after cesarean section. Methods To analyze the mode of delivery, delivery outcome and complications after cesarean section. Results The success rate of vaginal delivery was 69.9%, and the operation rate was 71.2%. Conclusion Under the strict supervision, the vaginal trial production has a high success rate for the pregnant women who are in accordance with the trial production condition.
