摘要
低压差线性稳压器(LDO,Low-Dropout regulator)在集成电路中有着广泛的应用。本文首先介绍了传统LDO设计及其在负载变化时无法快速响应的局限性,然后提出一种新颖的通过动态调节放大器输出级电流从而提升响应速度的LDO,同时其静态电流并没有显著增加,并有很好的动态响应特性。最后给出此种快速响应负载变化LDO的仿真数据。
LDO, Low-Dropout regulator is widely used for integrated circuit. This article introduces the limitations of the traditional LDO design and its inability to respond quickly to load change firstly. Second, introduce a novel LDO that can improve response rate by dynamically adjusting amplifier output level current, and the quiescent current do not increase markedly, and that LDO have good dynamic response feature. In the end, introduces the simulation data of the quick response follow load change LDO.
