摘要
介绍了封装产品的情况,分析多芯片组装,多线型、不同键合方式等对于计算引线实际长度遇到的难题。针对此情况,提出了基于Visual Lisp语言开发AutoCAD自动计算软件的设想。为此初步介绍了该语言的环境,给出了相关的计算方式,从而提供了软件开发的算法基础。进入软件开发后,列出了相关模块的算法流程。针对开发的软件进行了调试,修正关联的各项内容。软件试运行后得出了相关的结果,验证了引线三维长度自动计算的可行性与精确性,最后对开发的软件进行了讨论,给出了该类AutoCAD应用软件开发对于不同封装实际应用具有的高精度通用性结论。
Assembly products with multiple chips, multiple wire types and different wire bond types are introduced. It is hence challenging to calculate wire usage. The idea of using AutoCAD calculation based on Visual Lisp program language is su development, ggested to deal with the situation. Relevant calculation methods are shown to be the basis for software with the arithmetic formulae of relative modules being highlighted in the software development procedure. The software is then debugged and adjusted. The trial run returns good results. The completed software is discussed at last. Conclusion of general application of AutoCAD software with high accuracy is reached.
