汽车水性底色漆用聚酯树脂的合成

摘要 合成了可用于汽车底色漆的水性聚酯树脂,讨论了酸值、TMA羧基反应率、羟值和pH值对水性聚酯树脂性能的影响。结果表明当酸值约为30 mgKOH/g,TMA第二羧基反应率为30%~60%,羟值为70~100 mgKOH/g,聚酯水分散体pH值为7.5以上时,制备的水性聚酯树脂的综合机械性能、耐水性和贮存稳定性最佳,这主要归因于该聚酯树脂特殊的结构设计和功能二元酸的润湿及屏蔽效应。 The polyester resin for automotive waterborne basecoat and pHV on properties of waterborne polyester resin are discussed was synthesized. The effects of AV, TMA reaction rate, OHV respectively. The restults show that the mechanical properties, water resistance and storage stability of the waterborne polyester dispersion with AV of 30 mgKOH/g, TMA second carboxyl reaction rate of 30% - 60%, OHV of 70- 100 mgKOH/g, pHV of 7.5 above are the best. The reason can be attributed to the special structure design of polyester resin and the wetting and steric effect of the functional dicarboxylic acid.
