主要是从通过探索优化机舱区涂料配套,推行环氧底面一道漆施工工艺,从而缩短机舱区涂装施工周期,减少涂装施工人员数量,减少涂料消耗,降低涂装施工成本,提高施工效率,降低VOC排放。

This paper mainly explores how to optimize supporting coatings for engine rooms and promote the epoxy primertopcoat coatings application process so as to shorten the engine room painting period, reduce the number of painting workers, lessen coatings consumption, lower painting cost, enhance construction efficiency and reduce VOC emissions.
