面向农业机械拔尖人才的第1课堂与第2课堂联动培养模式

First and Second Classroom Linkage Training Model for Top-notch Talents of Agricultural Machinery

摘要 "十三五"期间,国家对继续推进基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划和提高我国农业机械化水平提出了新的要求,国家将需要一大批专业素质高、创新能力强的农业机械化拔尖人才。东北农业大学工程学院结合自身实际,积极响应国家号召,探索出了一条面向农业机械拔尖人才的第1课堂与第2课堂联动培养模式。经过7年的努力实践和不断规范完善,该培养模式已取得显著成效,拔尖班同学在科研和工作方面均表现出了较高的专业素质和个人能力。 During the 13th Five-Year Plan, new requirements for promoting cultivation of the top-notch students in basic courses and improving level of agricultural mechanization in China were put forward. A large number of highly qualified and innovative agricultural mechanization talents are needed. Combined with its own conditions, and actively responds positively to national call, a training model on the first and second classroom linkage for the top-notch talents of agricultural machinery was explored by College of Engineering, Northeast Agricultural University. After 7 years of hard work and constant improvement of training mod- el, mode has achieved remarkable results, the top class students in scientific research and work had shown a higher professional quality and personal ability.
