摘要 导叶开度反馈值是调速器PID闭环控制单元的关键输入参数之一。导叶开度反馈容错处理技术对于调速器系统至关重要。结合惠州抽水蓄能电站调速系统实际,本文介绍了一种优化的导叶开度反馈容错技术,即二选一容错控制技术。该容错技术能实时精准识别开度反馈传感器主要故障,并自动切换至备用传感器选值。模拟测试和运行记录表明该改进技术能有效提高调速器导叶开度反馈容错能力。 The value of wicket gate position sensors is an important feedback to the governor closed-loop control system. The faulttolerant technology of wicket gate position measurement is essential to the governor system. In this paper,an improved guide vane measurement of fault-tolerant technology is introduced. Common fault of position sensor can be detected accurately,such as a wire lost detection on the main sensor,too fast deviation from sensors and too slow deviation from sensors. The faults caused a switchover Speed governor will automatically switch to select a value from non-fault sensor. Field tests and long time run on the speed governor show that the improved technology can effectively improve fault tolerance of wicket gate position measurement.
