抽水蓄能电站库内开挖料“挖填平衡”初步探讨 被引量:2

摘要 抽水蓄能电站库内开挖料利用与否是电站经济效益评价的一项重要指标。本文在调查多个抽水蓄能电站库内开挖料施工设计方案的基础上,对上水库库内开挖料"挖填平衡"理论进行了初步探讨,并探索提出了"挖填平衡系数"概念。针对不同开挖料与填筑料对比分析,提出9种挖填平衡类型,并制定了相应的针对性措施。以某抽水蓄能电站为例,在挖填平衡系数大于1,有用层储量为0时,建议优化设计方案。将开挖料中相对质量较好的气孔状玄武岩用于次堆石区的填筑料,同时选择库外流纹岩料场作为主堆石料场,将无用层堆砌于坝体下游作为坝后压坡体等设计措施,提高了经济效益。 It is an important index that whether using the excavation materials in the reservoir of the pumped storage power station to evaluate the economic benefit of the power station. Based on the summary of the construction design of the excavation materials in the reservoirs of everal pumped storage power stations, this paper systematically discusses the theory of "excavation-fills balance" in the reservoirs of the upper reservoir, and puts forward the concept of" excavation-fills balance "coefficient. The comparison of excavation materials and filling materials, and puts forward nine kinds of " excavation-fills balance " types, and formulates corresponding countermeasures. Taking a pumped storage power station as an example, when the coefficient is greater than 1 and the useful layers is 0, it is suggested to optimize the design scheme.The relatively good stomatal basalts in the excavation material are used for the filling material of the secondary rockfill zone. At the same time, the rhyolite field outside reservoir area is selected as the main rockfill zone, and the uselessness layers are piled up downstream of the dam slope and other design measures to improve the economic efficiency.
