Study tour is a way of physical and mental development of scholars who must be well-in- formed in meridian, Confucianism and social values, who are inclined to cultural heritage and academic ex- changes, promotion of fine tradition of respect for teachers, adhering to learning and teaching. At the same time, scholars should establish a man-oriented concept, proper method and clear objective. Mean- while, a tolerant political environment and profound academic atmosphere are fundamental for study tours.
