摘要
华电莱州发电有限公司一期2×1 000 MW机组采用选择性催化还原烟气脱硝(SCR)工艺,脱硝性能参数主要通过脱硝效率来反映。此文主要通过降低反应器入口NO_x、反应器出口NO_x两步实现脱硝系统性能参数分析及优化,使脱硝系统在环保排放达标的基础上,兼顾节约运行成本和保护设备安全。
The Phase I of 2×1 000 MW unit of Huadian Laizhou Power Generation Co., Ltd. adopts selective catalytic reduction De-NOx (SCR) process,and the denitration performance parameters are mainly reflected through denitration efficiency. This article has mainly achieved denitration system performance parameters analysis and optimization through reducing the reactor entrance NOx and reactor exit NOx,which will make the denitration system both save operation cost and protect the equipment safety based on denitration system reaching the standard for environmental protection emission.
