大环内酯类药物在慢性气道炎症性疾病中的作用与争议 被引量:9

摘要 大环内酯类药物是从链霉菌分离出来的一类抗生素,现有资料表明其不仅具有抗生素作用,同时具有抗炎症和免疫调节作用,尤其是抑制中性粒细胞及巨噬细胞的功能与活。从20世纪80年代红霉素成功应用于弥漫性泛细支气管炎(diffuse panbronchiolitis,DPB)以来,大环内醋类抗炎症作用引起人们的重视,并扩展到其他慢性肺部炎症性用引起人们的重视,并扩展到其他慢性肺部炎症性疾病如慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)、支气管扩张症及支气管哮喘的治疗中。
