摘要
利用己内酰胺与间对苯二甲酸己二胺盐(6I盐)聚合制备得到系列共聚尼龙6/6I。通过傅里叶红外光谱仪表征了材料的化学结构,通过差示扫描量热分析、热重分析、动态力学分析研究了材料的热行为并测试了聚合物的力学性能。结果表明,共聚组分6I的引入会导致体系结晶温度(T_c)与熔点(T_m)的降低,但并不会显著改变体系的热分解行为;此外,6I盐的加入会提高共聚体系的拉伸/弯曲强度,添加10份6I盐时共聚体系的缺口冲击强度最佳。
A series of copolyamide PA6/6I were prepared by the polymerization of caprolactam and 61 salt. The chemical structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The thermal behavior was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermal gravity analysis (TGA) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). The mechanical properties of the polymer were also tested. The results show that the introduction of 6I component leads to the decrease of crystallization temperature ( To ) and melting point ( Tm ), but it does not significantly change the thermal decomposition behavior of PA6/6I. Also the addition of 6I salt could enhance the tensile and flexural strength of the 6/6I copolymer. With the addition of 10 parts of 6I salt, the notch impact strength is the best.
