摘要
通过自主搭建的聚醚醚酮3D打印机平台,采用熔融沉积方案打印试验样条,研究了挤出温度、打印层厚、进料速度对打印产品内填充率的影响。探索了3D打印机进料"打滑"现象,并得出最佳的进料速度。结果表明,对于聚醚醚酮塑料,低进料速度(4 r/min)、中高温加热温度(375℃)、中层厚(0.3 mm)下的打印件内部填充率可达到较佳的效果。实验获得了较好质量的打印件,为特种工程塑料3D打印机的产业化应用提供参考。
In this article, fused deposition method was taken to print polyetheretherketone (PEEK) test samples through the self-buih PEEK 3D printer platform. And the influence of extrude temperature, printing layer thickness and feed rates on the internal filling of printing products was studied. The phenomenon of " skip" in printer feeding speed was also explored, and the optimum feed speed was obtained. The results show that PEEK printing test sample could achieve better effect at following parameters: low feed speed (4 r/min ), medium-high heating temperature ( 375 % ) and middle layer thickness ( 0. 3 mm). The experiment could improve the quality of printing product and it also provides reference for the industrialization application of special engineering plastic 3 D printer.
