摘要
以微粒多孔空心聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)塑料板为研究对象,从PMMA材料的形貌与结构特征、声学特性以及隔声效果等三个方面进行了研究和分析。结果表明,不同粒径的微粒PMMA材料的声学性能是存在差异的,材料的吸收系数与微粒粒径之间存在一定的联系,随着微粒粒径的减小,材料的吸收系数明显增大。在三种不同粒径(11、7和0.3μm)的微粒多孔空心PMMA材料中,0.3μm微粒的PMMA材料表现出最优异的隔声性能;PMMA材料隔声屏障的厚度也会影响隔声效果,相比于厚度为10 mm的PMMA隔声屏障,20 mm厚度的PMMA隔声屏障具有更优异的隔声效果。
This paper studied and analyzed the morphology and structure characteristics, acoustic characteristics and sound insulation effect of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) materials. The results show that the acoustic properties of different size particles of PMMA material is different. There is a certain relationship between the absorption coefficient of the material and particle sizes. With the decrease of the particle size, the absorption coefficient of the material is increased. In the porous hollow PMMA materials of three different particle sizes includiing 11 μm, 7 μm and 0. 3 μm, the PMMA material of 0. 3μm has the best sound insulation performance. The thickness of PMMA material noise barrier can also affect the sound insulation effect. Compared with the PMMA sound barrier with 10 mm thickness, the PMMA insulation barrier with 20 mm thickness has a better sound insulation effect.
