Group Differences of Online Health Information Resources Selection Among Young People in Different Task Contexts

[目的/意义]从任务情境视角阐明青年人网络健康信息资源选择的群体差异,为政府、图书馆以及医疗机构等健康信息服务部门提升健康信息服务提供参考。[方法/过程]采用问卷调查与访谈法,以青年人为研究对象,从任务情境、健康信息平台、群体差异的角度出发,对群体差异对网络健康信息资源选择的影响进行相关性分析。[结果/结论]任务情境会对网络健康信息资源的选择产生影响,在不同健康信息平台下的影响具有差异;任务情境下网络健康信息资源选择的群体差异显著,在不同健康信息平台下的差异性不同。

[ Purpose/significance] This paper clarifies the group differences of online health information resources selection among young people from the perspective of the task contexts to promote health information services of the government, libraries, medical institutions and other health information service departments. [ Method/process] From the perspective of task contexts, health information platforms and group differences, this paper analyzed the correlation between group differences and online health information resources selection among young people by questionnaires and interviews. [Result/conclusion] Task contexts will affect the selection of online health information resources, and the impact of task contexts under different health information platforms isn＇ t the same. There are significant group differences in online health information resources selection on different health information platforms, and the differences of different health information platforms are not the same.
