释放创业激情:城市社会网络嵌入对农民工留城创业幸福感的影响

Unleash Entrepreneurial Passion:the Impact of Urban Social Networks Embeddedness on Migrant Workers' Entrepreneurial Happiness in the City

除了返乡创业,城市丰富的信息渠道和消费需求使得留城创业成为农民工创业者的现实选择。在背井离乡的条件下,能否嵌入城市社会网络来克服创业困难,不仅关系到创业成败,也关系到农民工留城创业的幸福感。本文基于206份问卷进行实证检验,结果显示:城市社会网络嵌入对农民工创业幸福感具有正向影响,机会开发和组织合法性均在两者间起到中介作用;创业激情可以增强社会网络嵌入对机会开发和组织合法性的促进作用;农民工留城创业幸福感的影响因素存在一定的代际差异。留城创业的农民工不仅要加强城市社会网络嵌入规模和质量,还要努力开发高价值的创业机会,在追求成功的同时实现自我价值。政府应当加强创业教育和动员,提高农民工创业激情,还要根据两代农民工的特点为其留城创业打造良好的制度环境。

For migrant worker entrepreneurs in the city,whether they can embed the social networks or not,is related to their entrepreneurship.Based on 206 questionnaires,this paper uses Bootstrap statistical method to do the empirical research.The results show that:(1)the embeddedness of urban social networks has a positive impact on migrant workers' entrepreneurial happiness,migrant worker entrepreneurs' opportunity exploration and organization legitimacy can play intermediary roles between networks embeddedness and entrepreneurial happiness.(2)the entrepreneurial passion can enhance the impact of network embeddedness on organization exploration and organization legitimacy.(3)the influencing factors of migrant worker entrepreneurs' happiness have some intergenerational differences.It shows that migrant workers entrepreneurs should not only strengthen the scale and quality of network embeddedness,but also strive to develop high value entrepreneurial opportunities.Doing this can achieve success and realize self. While the government should strengthen entrepreneurship education and mobilization,enhance the enthusiasm of migrant workers entrepreneurship and create a good institutional environment according to the characteristics of the two generation of migrant workers for their choice of urban entrepreneurship.
