中医药辨证论治糖尿病胃轻瘫临床研究

Clinical Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis Based on Syndrome Differentiation

目的:观察中医药辨证治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法:82例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机平均分为观察组和对照组。对照组根据病情给予控制血糖、血脂、血压,促进胃动力等常规治疗法;观察组在对照组基础上给予口服中药水煎剂。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效及中医证候疗效。结果:治疗后观察组患者临床有效率为85.37%,对照组患者临床有效率为68.29%,两组患有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者中医证候疗效有效率为70.73%,观察组患者中医证候疗效有效率为87.80%,两组患者中医证候有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者中医证候积分显著低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医药辨证治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效确切,能够改善患者的临床症状,提高患者生存质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM on diabetic gastroparesis based on syndrome differentiation.Methods： 82 patients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group,according to the condition,were given conventional therapy to control blood sugar,blood lipids,blood pressure,and promote gastric motility,while the observation group was treated with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in addition to that of the control group. The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome of two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment. Results： The clinical effective rate in the observation group was 85. 37% and that was 68. 29% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 70. 73% and that was 87. 80% in the observation group. The difference of the effective rate of TCM syndromes of the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group,with the difference being statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM treatment of diabetic gastroparesis is effective,which can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
