遵生养心茶降低血糖作用研究

Study on Hypoglycemic Effect of Zunsheng Yangxin Tea

目的:研究遵生养心茶对高血糖大鼠的降低血糖作用。方法:SD大鼠在适应性饲养之后随机分为空白对照组、空白剂量组、模型对照组、低剂量组、中剂量1组、中剂量2组、高剂量1组、高剂量2组,采用地塞米松腹腔注射制备SD大鼠高血糖模型,分别灌胃给样,观察遵生养心茶对血糖的影响。结果:高剂量1组和最高剂量2组在给样30 d后可以显著降低高血糖大鼠的餐后血糖升高率;中剂量1组和中剂量2组在给样45 d后可以显著降低高血糖大鼠的血糖升高率。遵生养心茶低剂量组效果不明显。结论:遵生养心茶具有降低血糖的作用。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of Zunsheng Yangxin Tea on hypoglycemic rats. Methods： SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group,blank dose group,model control group,low dose group,middle dose group 1,middle dose group2,high dose group 1 and high dose group 2. After the Dexamethasone injection the SD model rats with hyperglycemia was established. Gavage the rats of all the groups respectively and observe the hypoglycemic impact of Zunsheng Yinxin Tea. Results： After treatment of 30 days,the postprandial blood glucose level of hyperglycemia rats of high dose group 1 and the highest dose group 2 significantly decreased and that of the middle dose group 1 and middle dose group 2 significantly decreased after 45 days. The clinical effect of the low dose group was not obvious. Conclusion： Zunsheng Yangxin Tea has significant clinical effect of lowering patients＇ blood sugar.
