推拿手法配合中药内服治疗颈肩腰腿痛临床研究

TCM Tunna Manipulation Combined with Chinese Medicine Oral Administration in Treatment of Neck,Shoulder,Waist and Leg Pain

目的:观察推拿手法配合中药内服辨证治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法:选择颈肩腰腿痛患者132例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各66例,对照组辨证施以各种中药方剂;观察组在对照组治疗基础上结合患者情况选用相应推拿手法进行治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、机体疼痛视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分的变化。结果:观察组治疗有效率86.36%显著高于对照组的68.18%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者机体疼痛VAS评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿手法配合中药内服治疗颈肩腰腿痛疗效显著,且明显优于单纯中药内服,是临床治疗颈肩腰腿痛的有效方法。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of TCM Tuina manipulation combined with Chinese medicine oral administration in treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain. Methods： 132 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 66 cases in each group. The control group was treated with various TCM prescriptions,while the observation group was treated with corresponding TCM Tuina manipulation based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical efficacy and the visual analogue scale（ VAS） scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results： The effective rate in the observation group was 86. 36% and that in the control group was 68. 18%. There was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and that of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of TCM Tuina and Chinese medicine oral administration in treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain is significant,and it is significantly better than the method of Chinese medicine oral administration,being a better choice in clinical treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.
