论清解宣透肺卫法治疗外感热病邪郁肺卫证

Discussion on Clearing Away Lung Heat and Dispersing Lung Qi to Treat Lung Qi Stagnation Syndrome Due to Exogenous Pathogenic Heat

根据临床实际,结合温病学理论,综合各家之言提出目前治疗外感热病初期多重视苦寒清热解毒方药,但该法易致寒凝闭滞,外邪不易透达。明确提出外感热病初起多为外邪从口鼻而入,易侵袭肺卫致肺失宣降、表气郁闭,辨证属邪郁肺卫证。采用清解宣透肺卫方药随证加减可有效治疗该病证,所研制的清解宣透肺卫方药银花平感颗粒(金银花、生麻黄、杏仁、生葛根、虎杖、生甘草)治疗外感热病邪郁肺卫证具有安全有效特点。系列研究明确提出清解宣透肺卫法是治疗外感热病邪郁肺卫证的重要治法,可达到标本兼治,提出外感热病初起诊治的新证型、新治法和新方药。

A series of studies have suggested that the method of QingXie XuanTou lung is an important method to diagnose and treat the exogenous febrile disease evil stagnating lung syndrome, which can achieve address both the symptoms and root cause.
