黄永生治疗冠心病用药规律研究

Study on Medication Rules of Famous Old Doctor HUANG Yong-sheng in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探索名老中医黄永生教授治疗冠心病的用药规律。方法:以黄永生教授门诊病例为数据源,采用频数分析及聚类分析确定处方中的核心药物组合。结果:共收集治疗冠心病初诊处方659则,总用药频次为13673次,共使用190味药,39味核心药物,占总用药频次的88.94%。对39味核心药物进行聚类分析,得出三类核心处方。结论:黄永生教授治疗冠心病组方特色鲜明,多采用滋肾疏肝、温阳益气、利湿化痰法治疗及预防冠心病,其用药规律体现其临床治疗冠心病是基于"先天伏寒"与"瘀能化水"的理论。

Objective： To explore HUANG Yong-sheng＇ s medication regularities in treating coronary heart disease. Methods：Prof. HUANG Yong-sheng＇ s clinic medical records were used as data resource. Frequency analysis and association rules analysis methods were used to explore the core prescription drug combinations. Results： Collecting Prof. HUANG Yong-sheng＇ s treatment of coronary heart disease of first prescription 659, total drug use frequency of 13673 times, a total of 190 herbs, 39 flavour core drugs, accounting for 88.94% of the total drug use frequency. Clustering analysis was carried out on the 39 flavour core drugs, it is concluded that three kinds of core prescription. Conclusion： Prof. HUANG Yong-sheng＇ s combinations of prescriptions in treating coronary heart disease have distinct features. Using nourishing Kidney and soothing Liver,warming yang and benefiting qi,clearing dampness and phleym to treat and prevent coronary heart disease, its drug law embodies Professor HUANG Yong-sheng＇ s clinical treatment of coronary heart disease is based on ＂latent pathogenic cold＂ and ＂stasis can transform into water＂ theory.
