组织工程技术在上颌窦提升植骨材料中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 在种植治疗中,上颌后牙区常因窦嵴距高度不足而采用上颌窦提升术。上颌窦提升术通常是通过植骨来增加骨量的,植骨材料包括自体骨、异体骨、异种骨、人工骨材料等。临床上常用的上颌窦提升植骨材料均存在着一些问题,利用组织工程学的方法可克服自体骨,异体骨,人工骨材料的局限性,现针对组织工程技术在上颌窦提升植骨中的研究现状做统一综述。 The posterior region of the edentulous maxilla often presents insufficient bone quantity for prosthetic rehabili- tation with endosseous implants. The technique of maxillary sinus floor elevation is a frequently used method to reconstruct the bone volume. In this method, numerous bone substituting materials has been used. However, every material is constrained by some disadvantages, so that the search for the ideal bone substitute has become more and more demanding. Tissue-engi- neered bone possesses good prospects. This paper discusses its recent research and application in sinus floor elevation.
