The Study on the Public Prosecution of Duty Crime in the Supervision System Reform

监察体制改革决定由监察委员会负责行使职务犯罪侦查权并移送人民检察院审查起诉。刑事立案的启动、刑事强制措施的的采取、退回调查都是职务犯罪检察部门研究和规范的重点工作,人民检察院对接监察委员会的协调机制都亟需立足现有法律予以完善。

The supervisory system is determined by the supervisory committee to exercise the power of investigation,and transfer to the people＇s Procuratorate for examination and prosecution. The criminal filing, the enforcement of criminal coercive measures and the investigation of return are the main contents of the study. The coordination mechanism of the people＇s procuratorate docking supervision committee needs to be improved based on the existing law.
