柳氮磺吡啶加双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效分析及对炎性因子的影响

Efficacy Analysis of Salazosulfapyridine plus Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablet for Ulcerative Colitis and Influence on Inflammatory Factors

为分析柳氮磺毗啶联合双歧杆菌四联活菌口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效及对炎性因子的影响，将2015年6月至2016年6月，甘肃省酒泉市金塔县人民医院收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者82例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各41例。对照组采用柳氮磺吡啶口服治疗，观察组采用柳氮磺吡啶联合双歧杆菌四联活菌口服治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后血清炎性因子水平的变化。结果显示，观察组治疗总有效率为95．1％（39／41）明显高于对照组的80．5％（33／41），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。2组患者治疗后的hs—CRP（超敏C反应蛋白）、IL-6（白细胞介素-6）、IL-8（白细胞介素08）、TNF-α（肿瘤坏死因子）水平明显低于本组治疗前，且观察组明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）；2组患者的IL-10（白细胞介素-10）水平明显高于本组治疗前，且观察组明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结果表明，应用柳氮磺吡啶联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎，能够降低促炎因子水平，提高抑炎因子水平，从而提高治疗效果。

This study was to analyse the effect of salazosulfapyridine plus bifidobacterium tetravaccine tab- lets for ulcerative colitis（UC） and the influence on inflammatory factors,randomly divided 82 cases of UC treated in authors＇ hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 into observation group and control one, 41 cases for each,which the latter received salazosulfapyridine for UC, meanwhile the former received salazosulfa- pyridine plus bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets for UC;then compared both groups＂ clinical effect and the level change of serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment.As results, the total effective rat of the former was significantly higher than that of the latter（39/41,95.1% vs 33/41,80.5%） ,there was sta- tistical difference（ P 〈0.05） ;after treatment both groups＂ levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α were significantly lower than before treatment,and the former was significantly lower than the latter（ P 〈0.01）;Al- so,both groups＂ IL-10 level after treatment was all significantly higher than that before treatment,and the former was significantly higher than the latter （P %0.01）. Results show that salazosulfapyridine plus bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablet for UC can decrease the level of inflammation promoting factors, in- crease the level of inflammation inhibiting factors, so that enhance therapeutic efficacy.
