隧道式切除加缝合术治疗环状混合痔临床观察

Tunnel Resection ＆ Suture Procedure in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids：Clinical Observation

为探讨隧道式切除加缝合治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，将2015年3月至2017年5月重庆医科大学中医药学院附属铜梁中医院肛肠科收治的80例环状混合痔患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例。治疗组采用隧道式切除加缝合术治疗，对照组采用传统外剥内扎术治疗。观察术后患者的疼痛指数、创面愈合时间及并发症等情况，疼痛指数评分采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）。结果显示，治疗组患者在术后疼痛指数、创面愈合时间及并发症发生情况均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组患者的总有效率为97．5％（39／40）高于对照组的87．5％（35／40），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结果表明，隧道式切除加缝合术治疗环状混合痔与传统外剥内扎术比较，术后恢复快，并发症少，疗效确切。

This study was to explore the clinical effect of tunnel resection ＆ suture procedure in the treat- ment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,randomly divided 80 cases of this hemorrhoids who had amit- ted and been treated in author＇s hospital from March 2015 to May 2017 into treatment group and control one, 40 cases for each, which the former received above tunnel resection ＆ suture procedure, meanwhile the latter received traditional external dissection ; internal ligation procedure ; observed patient＇s postoperative pain indexes（adopting VAS method for rating on pain indexes）,wound-surface healing time and complica- tion incidence,etc.As results,in above all postoperative indexes the former was all significantly superior to the latter（ P 〈0.05）,what＇s more the total effective rate of the former was higher than that of the latter （39/40,97.5G vs 35/40,87.5%）,there was statistical difference（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that：the tunnel resection ＆ suture procedure for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids has faster recovery after surgery,less complication,and more certain effect than traditional external dissection ＆ internal ligation.
