摘要
通过对37所"985"高校图书馆的微信公众平台数字参考咨询服务进行调查,分别从服务可获取性、服务易用性、问题处理水平3个方面分析高校图书馆公众平台的数字参考咨询服务情况。根据调查结果,提出4项发展建议:加强利用微信公众平台开展数字参考咨询服务的意识;提升公众平台参考咨询服务的自助化深入程度;拓宽公众平台的数字参考咨询服务内容和模式;开展移动化的公众平台合作式参考咨询服务。
This paper investigates the digital reference services of 37 Project 985 university libraries from the aspects of service accessibility, easy-usability, problem solving level. According to the results, the author proposes 4 suggestions: strengthen the awareness of conducting digital reference services by using WeChat; improve the self-service level of digital reference services on WeChat; broaden the service contents and modes of digital reference services on WeChat; conduct mobile cooperative digital reference services on WeChat.
