加拿大高校图书馆用户版权风险规避策略研究——以女王大学为例

Strategies of Avoiding Risks of Copyright Infringement by Users of University Libraries in Canada— A Case Study of Queen's University

版权问题是高校师生在教学、科研和学习中无法回避的一个复杂问题。如何在充分遵守版权法的条件下,合理合法地使用前人的版权作品应该是每位高校师生必须要了解的。通过研究加拿大女王大学图书馆所提供的版权相关政策及版权帮助,总结了女王大学的师生在使用图书馆资源时如何规避版权侵权风险的一些策略。

Copyright is a complex problem that teachers and students can not avoid in teaching, doing research and learning. How to use other people＇s works in a reasonable and legitimate way under the conditions of fully complying with the copyright law should be understood by every college teacher and student. Through copyright-related policies and copyright assistances provided by the Queen＇s University Library in Canada, the thesis summarizes some of the strategies of avoiding risks of copyright infringement in the case of using library resources by the teachers and students of Queen＇s University.
