摘要
针对大庆石化公司化肥厂尿素产品质量存在粒度不均、强度低、粉尘含量大等问题进行分析研究,并采取了装置刮料板、百叶窗及喷头等技术改造、添加甲醛以及优化蒸发真空度等系列措施,有效提升了尿素产品质量,提高了装置生产效益。
The urea production quality has the problems of particle maldistribution, low strength and high dust concentration in Daqing Petrochemical Company Urea Plant. These problems are analyzed, and a series of solutions to them are proposed, such as modifying the scraper plate, win- dow shades and sprayer, adding formaldehyde and optimizing the evaporating vacuum degree to improve the urea product quality.
