介绍了PVC-U管道的破裂原因和粘接修复工艺。从粘接工艺不合理、环境温度变化、PVC-U管材运输、储存不当、管道受到过度挤压几个方面综合分析了PVC-U管道的破裂原因。选用玻璃纤维布和环氧树脂胶黏剂作为修复材料对PVC-U管道进行粘接修复,通过显色法明确了PVC-U管道粘接修复部位的情况、对粘接表面进行粗化打磨和有机溶剂清洗、准备玻璃纤维布和配制环氧树脂胶黏剂、涂胶固化完成了PVC-U管道的破裂粘接修复工艺过程。采用水压法对PVC-U管道破裂的粘接修复质量进行了检验,结果表明修复效果好。

The main reason of rupture and the bonding repair process of PVC-U tube were introduced, The reasons of the rupture of PVC-U tube were analyzed from the aspects of the unreasonable bonding process, the change of temperature, the improper transport and storage of PVC-U tube and the excessive squeezed. The glass-fiber and epoxy adhesive were selected to complete the bonding repair process of PVC-U tube. The bonding repair process included the defining status of bonding parts by the coloring method, the coarsen and cleaning by the organic solvent of the bonding surface, the preparation of glass-fiber and epoxy adhesive, gelatinizing and curing. The repairing quality was inspected by hydrostatic pressure method, the results showed that it had good effect.
