培养司法鉴定专业人才是保障我国司法鉴定行业科学、健康、可持续发展的基础。华东政法大学作为全国唯一一所拥有司法鉴定硕士、博士点以及博士后流动站的高等院校,在司法鉴定办学实践中,对司法鉴定专业人才的知识结构、职业素质进行研究,构建了司法鉴定专业人才培养的课程体系,创建了具有特色的"4+1"司法鉴定专业人才培养模式,对司法鉴定专业人才培养的具体措施进行了概括和总结。

Training professional personnel of expert testimony is the basis for ensuring the scientific, healthy and sustainable development of China’s judicial authentication industry. East China University of Political Science and Law as the only one with the judicial identification of master,doctoral and postdoctoral colleges, in practice, researching the knowledge structure and occupation quality for expert testimony professional, constructed the expert testimony professional training curriculum system, created distinctive ＂4＋1＂ the expert testimony professional personnel training mode,summarized and summed up the specific measures on development of expert testimony professional personnel.
