摘要 针对同煤王村煤矿的产品煤装车系统出现的装车误差大、用时长、效率低、工人劳动强度高、周边环境污染严重等问题,为提效、降耗、扩能,实现绿色开采和精准装车,对现装车设备进行系统升级改造。通过采用多点预先亏装(粗装),到达轨道衡计量后按亏装量自动增补(精装)的装车自动定量增补工艺技术,减轻了工人的劳动强度,避免了环境二次污染。 Aiming at the large error, long time, low efficiency, high labor intensity and serious environmental pollution in clean coal product of Wangcun Coal Mine, in order to realize green mining and precise loading, the origin loading system and equipment was upgraded and transformed. Through the application of a new process with multi - position pre - install, and automatic quantitative supplement at rail weighbridge for the weight loss, the labor intensity of workers was brought down, the secondary environment pollution caused by loading was avoided.
