摘要
为了提高采煤工作面沿空巷道超前支护区域的巷道维护与管理水平,通过分析对比传统超前支护与前后顺序或交替迈步自移式超前支护的利弊,在吸纳其优点的基础上研制出一种无反复支撑超前支护技术。通过对无反复支撑超前支护技术原理的分析,提出超前支护单元可用的结构形式及其在巷道中的布置方式与运移路线,围绕超前支护单元的运移路线提出了可行的运移方式和超前支护单元在超前支护系统两端的移动与摆放措施。现场应用效果表明,无反复支撑超前支护技术是沿空巷道最可靠有效的超前支护方式。
In order to improve the roadway maintenance and management level for the advance support area in gob side entry of coal mining face, through the comparative analysis of the advantages and shortcomings between traditional advance support and the sequence or alternate self - moving advance support, based on the advantages, a non - repeated support advance supporting technology was developed. Through the principle analysis of the proposed supporting technology, the available structure of advance supporting units, its arrangement and transportation route in the roadway were give. Aiming at the transportation route, feasible transportation mode was put forward, as well as the moving and deploying measures at both ends of advance support system for the advance support unit. The field application results show that, the advance support technology with non - repeated support is one of the most reliable and effective advance support method for god sideentry.
